Electric llaüt 800

A llaüt with traditional lines that makes no noise. Its two Vetus E-Pod motors are fully electric and the solar roof recharges the batteries as you go, so your day is measured not in litres of petrol but in hours of sunshine.

What it is like to helm an electric llaüt

You notice the difference as soon as you cast off. No vibration, no fumes and no constant drone of an outboard: you hear the water against the hull and there is no need to shout to be heard on board. At anchor in a cove, it feels like being in a rowing boat, but with eight comfortable seats and shade.

It is also the way to slip into small coves without leaving a trace of diesel or disturbing anyone swimming twenty metres away.

What the rental includes

Mooring at Port Marina Palamós, insurance and the boat handed over clean and checked. No fuel costs, because it does not use any.

Where to go from Palamós

To the north, Cala Estreta and Cala del Castell are a short, gentle cruise away. To the south, the coast of Sant Antoni de Calonge. With 8 metres and the range of the batteries, the natural plan is one cove, a long swim and lunch on board.

Licence

You need a PNB or higher. If you do not hold a licence, ask us about going out with a skipper.
